Kelly Hawes said her favorite wedding present was not a china set or crystal vase; it was a chameleon. The late chameleon shared the spotlight with some of Hawes’ rescue animals, including two dogs, three parrots and a green iguana who loves to swim in the ocean.“Animals were my siblings growing up,” Hawes said.
