Wilmington police arrest 2 men after shots fired

Wilmington police arrested two men on gun charges about 12:40 a.m. Thursday after reports of shots fired at 13th and Chestnut streets.<br>Officers responding to the scene saw an SUV leaving the area at a high rate of speed and followed it to 21st and Market streets, said Sgt. Curt Stansbury of the Wilmington Police Department.
