Tree Hill’s hospital is actually not a hospital at all. And it’s not a set at Screen Gems Studios, either.Throughout shooting its nine seasons, "One Tree Hill" has been using extra space at the Corning manufacturing site on North College Road for all of its hospital scenes, including the infamous one during the sixth season in which a dog runs off with a human heart that rolls out of a cooler.
