Man surrenders after 13-hour standoff in Wilson
WILSON, NC (AP) — Wilson County sheriff’s deputies say an armed man has surrendered after a 13-hour standoff at his home.
Deputies say no one was hurt.
Officers went to the home of Eric Radke late Wednesday afternoon to serve involuntary commitment papers. Deputies say Radke came outside, fired a shot into the air and went back inside.
Officers say Radke surrendered early Thursday morning.
