President Obama is not the only candidate who’s speech Thursday night was impacted by a decision to move the final night of the Democratic National Convention indoors. Lt. Gov. Walter Dalton, who is running for governor of North Carolina, is also scheduled to speak. We asked him what he thought about the decision to move indoors.
