FIRST ON 3: Former congressional candidate arrested on charges of stalking
OVIEDO, FL (THE SEMINOLE CHRONICLE) — After months of investigation, a man was arrested yesterday morning and charged with aggravated stalking – a stalking incident, officials say, that directly targeted Oviedo’s city manager.
William Breazeale, an east Orlando resident, was arrested yesterday on counts of aggravated stalking, cyber stalking, harassment and threats of death to a victim – a victim that happened to be William’s wife and the current city manager of Oviedo, Kathryn Breazeale.
Although the couple separated months ago, incidents of William’s alleged stalking habits first surfaced in November 2012, according to an arrest report. A capias request was filed on William after a phone conversation with his wife left her seeking the aid of police. Stating she was in grave danger, Kathryn told police in a statement that she had a phone call with William in which he said he "would destroy her and if he can’t have her, no one would." A temporary injunction was filed against William.
