Along with 21-year-old Reginald Tyrone Rice, the men are jailed under bonds ranging from $1 million to $2 million for conspiracy, armed robbery and kidnapping.
In each case, the victims were forced to drive to ATMs, withdraw money from their bank accounts and give the suspects the cash. After the money was exchanged, the suspects walked away and left the victims with their cars.
One man was abducted from his home as he unloaded groceries, another from his apartment complex and two men were taken from their church.
