Agents from New Hanover County Schools will hit the streets early Monday morning, scoping out the back roads to see if a snow day is in order. That’s if there isn’t already enough snow falling Sunday night to make the call, New Hanover County school board Vice Chairwoman Jeannette Nichols said.
