Get ready for a high-flying, rip-roaring good time. The Harlem Globetrotters are playing at Trask Coliseum Friday night. Tickets range from 24 to 64 dollars. The game begins at 7:00 p.m. For tickets, call 910-962-7536

New Hanover County Schools presents the 20th Annual Best Foot Forward performance. It begins at 7:30 p.m. in New Hanover High School’s Brodgen Hall on Friday, March 20th. More than 600 students will showcase dance, drama and music. Tickets are seven dollars each.

Men put their best foot forward for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Pender County. It is a womanless beauty pageant taking place this Friday. If you want to check it out, it begins at 7:00 p.m. at Topsail Island Moose Lodge on Highway 50. Tickets are five dollars in advance, seven at the door. Children under five are free.

Cat lovers will love this fashion show for their furry friends. A fundraiser for the Ruffian Feral Cat Sanctuary is happening Friday night from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Bottega Art and Wine. There will be a wine tasting and live music. A fifteen dollar donation is suggested.

If you care about your pets, make sure they are up-to-date on their rabies vaccines. If you live in New Hanover County and your dog, cat or ferret needs one, a no-cost rabies clinic is taking place Saturday at New Hanover County Animal Control from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Outdoorsmen, the Cape Fear Wildlife Expo is happening this weekend at the Coastline Conference and Event Center and the CFCC Schwartz Center. More than 100 exhibitors will be there to showcase things like new hunting and fishing equipment, ATVs and other accessories. It runs from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are six dollars a day or ten for both days. Kids ten and under are free.

Start practicing your swing. The JDRF Golf Tournament is Saturday at Olde Point Country Club. Tee-off is at 1:00 p.m. It is sixty dollars per person. A meal will be provided after the game. For more information, call 910-264-1734.

Sunday is dedicated to a day for women to be celebrated and pampered. You can sample or buy merchandise and services designed for women. It takes place at the Southport Community Building from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Admission is three dollars.

Azalea Festival events are already underway. Sunday, it is the Enchanted Princess Azalea Festival Children’s Tea. It takes place at Soho Steakhouse on Oleander Drive. It is by reservation only. Advance tickets are thirty dollars each. There are two seatings, one at 1:00 p.m. and one at 3:00 p.m. Tickets must be purchased through the Cape Fear Volunteer Center by calling 910-392-8180.
