Yearlong investigation leads to five suspects arrested
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police say a yearlong drug investigation involving multiple agencies has led to five arrests.
Investigators says they arrested the suspects after residents in the neighborhood made numerous complaints about suspicious activity at 2345 Louisiana Ave. Officers executed a search warrant at the home Thursday night and seized Ecstasy and cash.
The following people were arrested and charged:
Marion Holt, 37 ($300,000 bond)
Three counts of sell and deliver cocaine
Three counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine
Three counts of possession of cocaine
Two counts of maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping a controlled substance
One count of conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine
One count of possession of MDMA
One count of possession of drug paraphernalia
Sokena Holt, 30 ($200,000 bond)
One count of trafficking opiates
One count of conspiracy to sell or deliver cocaine
One count of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine
Dana McKiver, 30 ($100,000 bond)
One count of possession with intent to sell and deliver MDMA
One count of possession of MDMA
One count of maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping a controlled substance
One count of possession of drug paraphernalia
Mario Cox, 23
One count of possession of drug paraphernalia
Michael Corney, 37
