Tabor City Police arrested 17-year-old Allen Strickland, 28-year-old Jason Fowler and 31-year-old Daniel Floyd for allegedly trespassing on Senator R.C. Soles property Sunday.

Soles reported that the three refused to leave and became violent toward him. This is not the first time he has had problems with former clients. We reported similar problems last fall.

NewsChannel 3 was unable to reach Senator Soles for comment on what happened Sunday. The suspects bonded out of jail Sunday.
