As of Wednesday morning, Hurricane Matthew is departing the northern shore of Cuba as a formidable Category 3 storm. Through Thursday, Matthew will track through the Bahamas where, unfortunately, damaging winds and waves are likely. Then, from Friday into Saturday, a still-strong Matthew will likely be churning northward along the east coasts of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
