Outbreak of Parvo afflicts dogs at Pender animal shelter

Woman will be remembered as ‘The Flower of the South’

The Crape Myrtle Garden Club of Wilmington describes its namesake flower and former member Sue Cottle as a long blooming perennial.<br>Cottle died July 10, at the age of 90.<br>She was born in Oak Park, Ill., where Cottle met and married her late husband Dick Cottle, a marriage which spanned nearly 70 years.

Autopsy report reveals real estate agent died with $10,000
