Wilmington man sentenced to up to 20 years in gang murder

Tonio Brown died a random target in a feud between rival gangs.<br>A gun stuffed in his waistband and crack in his pocket, Brown, a 17-year-old Crip from Leland known as “Coofie da God,” was selling drugs in Creekwood on May 5, 2007, said Jon David, a New Hanover County assistant district attorney.
