S.C. man convicted in online fraud case

State lists one area fuel tank on FEMA list

North Carolina regulators on Wednesday said their records showed that all known underground storage tanks registered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency with the state were closed or in compliance with current regulations.<br>Earlier this week, FEMA said it knew about 150 agency-owned tanks in the U.S. that needed to be checked for leaks.
