Some local gas stations were running dry Saturday as Texas oil refineries remained closed in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.<br>”Everyone’s production is shut down,” Scott Dean, a spokesman for BP, said Saturday afternoon. “The supply of gasoline has been disrupted by a few hurricanes.”
