Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 a.m.

A dense fog advisory is in effect for Southeastern North Carolina until 10 a.m. The National Weather Service in Wilmington says visibility will be near zero in some areas but will improve greatly after 9 a.m.

SUV flipped over median in fatal College Road wreck

Officers are still investigating a wreck on South College Road Sunday night that killed a 37-year-old man who was ejected from the front passenger seat of an SUV.<br>The wreck occurred at 9:37 p.m. when a driver turned left out of a parking lot in the 3600 block of South College Road, near the intersection of 17th Street.
