Kure Beach working to clarify zoning laws

Kure Beach | Town officials are one step closer to clarifying a crucial part of their zoning laws.<br>A 2006 state law set the town’s building height limit in the business district at 35 feet but did not set a limit for certain rooftop exceptions, such as chimneys, antennas and ventilation hoods.
