New Topsail High School could be open ahead of schedule

The new Topsail High School will soon open its doors to students, faculty and staff. <br>David Smith, director of auxiliary services for Pender County Schools, told the school board this week that the move-in could take place as early as Thanksgiving break, almost a month ahead of schedule.
