Police Blotter: Driver faces felony charge after crash kills a man

One man faces a felony charge and another is dead after an alcohol-related crash Saturday night in Brunswick County, officials said Monday. The crash occurred at 9:55 p.m. on N.C. 133, according to Trooper M.R. Strangman of the N.C. Highway Patrol.
