Want to help guide new Topsail library project’

The public will have two opportunities next week to hear about a new library planned for Topsail Township. <br>Meetings will be held at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Hampstead Branch Library. Pender County has contracted with Phillip Barton, a professional library planner, to guide the design.
