U.S. Supreme Court to hear case originating in Pender

Two arrested in Carolina Beach Road robbery

On Friday, Pierre Marquis Russ, 19, and Edvis Miguel Galloway, 18, were arrested and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and placed under a $40,000 secured bond, police spokeswoman Lucy Crockett said. Both have a criminal record, with Russ having been convicted of drug possession and Galloway of credit card theft and fraud, the N.C.
