Wilmington-area home sales continued decline last month

Wilmington-area home sales continued their downward trend in September, according to figures from the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors. Sales totaled 365 in September, down from 418 in August and 433 in September 2007. So far this year, only January saw fewer sales.
