Man jailed on charges of credit card fraud

A man wanted on allegations of credit card fraud was caught this weekend after an officer stopped him for speeding.<br>About 11:30 p.m. Friday, Jeremy Lee Huggins was stopped in the 200 block of Racine Drive, according to a statement from Lucy Crockett, spokeswoman for the Wilmington Police Department.
