Calabash delays $7M sewer project

Calabash | Flooded with complaints about expected sewer costs, the Calabash Board of Commissioners has asked to put its county-sponsored sewer project on hold for at least six months.<br>The estimated $7 million project was to have started in March 2009, Jerry Pierce, the county’s director of public utilities, said Monday.
