Wrightsville Beach unsweetens land deal with UNCW

A 4.2-million percent increase in rent – and it still might be a bargain for the University of North Carolina Wilmington.<br>The school and Wrightsville Beach are close to finalizing a new deal for nearly an acre of land UNCW leases from the town for its aquaculture facility.
