Residents will likely wake up to a windy, 30-degree morning Monday, following a predicted drop of almost 40 degrees from a high Sunday afternoon of 67.<br>The sudden change isn’t uncommon for winter, which officially started Sunday morning, according to Ron Steve, a meteorologist with National Weather Service’s Wilmington office.

Former Wilmington mayor Berry Williams dies
