Voices of Conscience: Sculptor pitches in to help inmates train service dogs

Stephen LeQuire has moved from training service dogs to working with the organization’s newest initiative, Carolina Canines for Veterans. He became one of New Hanover County’s Volunteers of the Year and won state recognition for his work with inmates at Camp Lejeune.
