Number of New Hanover rabies cases reaches 10

New Hanover County now has seen 10 cases of rabies this year, officials said Thursday.State lab results this week confirmed two more rabid animals, county spokesman Mark Boyer said.In one incident, a resident on Upland Drive saw his dog fighting with a raccoon April 17.
