A One Tree Hill star has been arrested. Antwon Tanner, who plays Skills in the Wilmington filmed CW show, is charged with social security fraud.

Tanner surrendered to federal prosecutors early Thursday morning in New York City.

Police said Tanner allegedly transferred social security cards knowingly and intentionally as part of a fraud scheme.

He is set to be arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court on Tuesday.

K-9 unit tracks down hit and run suspect

A police K-9 officer and his dog tracked down a suspect in a hit and run early Friday morning, police reported.Christopher Scott Lee, 22, was charged with driving while impaired and hit and run. He is being held at the New Hanover County jail on a $3,000 bond, according to a news release from the Wilmington Police Department.
