One in hospital, another in jail after domestic dispute escalates

One man was taken to the hospital Saturday night and another to jail after an argument between a man and a woman escalated, officials said.Dewayne Timothy Baldwin-Bey, 24, was arrested and faces several charges in connection with the dispute.
