Wishnask gets prison sentence for indecent liberties with a student

A former New Hanover County Schools teacher accused of having a relationship with a 15-year-old student she used to teach was sentenced to more than three years in prison Wednesday after she pleaded guilty to indecent liberties with a minor.

Bones found off River Road are missing woman’s remains

Man pleads guilty, gets probation in Wrightsville Beach beating
