Nesbitt Courts decision put off by lack of quorum

The Wilmington Housing Authority board put off a decision Wednesday evening about the sale of the abandoned Nesbitt Courts public housing complex because there weren’t enough commissioners at the meeting to take a legal vote.

Incomplete documents lead to partial shutdown at Global Nuclear Fuel

An ongoing review of safety-related documents at Global Nuclear Fuel resulted in the temporary shutdown of part of the company’s Castle Hayne uranium fuel fabrication operations, the company told the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Wednesday.
