Realtors planning 25,000-square-foot headquarters building near Mayfaire

The Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors plans to build a 25,000-square-foot headquarters building near Mayfaire that could also fill a need for space to accommodate weddings, corporate meetings and other special events, according to WRAR President Mary Martin.
