Eight apply for two vacant Wilmington Housing Authority seats

Applicants for two positions on the Wilmington Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners include a retired educator, a minister, a former city planner, nonprofit employees and a vice president of a clothing company.The eight applicants are vying for two positions, opened by the resignations of two board-members in recent months.
