Surf City targets summer trash overflow

Surf City will try several new components to its trash pickup program this summer, including offering seasonal carts.The changes are designed to create more flexibility for both residents and absentee homeowners while ensuring the town’s aesthetic appeal, said Mayor Zander Guy.
