Boseman campaign doesn’t have money to return illegal donations

State Sen. Julia Boseman said Wednesday her Senate committee can’t relinquish donations given illegally by Rusty Carter and his associates unless she receives more contributions, which is unlikely because she’s no longer seeking any office.“Otherwise, there’s no more money left in the campaign,” Boseman said.
