Record-setting marlin catch officially disqualified after lack of license

Heat advisory in effect starting at 11 a.m.

The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a heat advisory. It’s in effect from 11 a.m. until 7 tonight. The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity will create a situation in which heat illnesses are possible.

Salvation Army in Wilmington gains two new leaders
