City council to consider restoring funding for Wilmington Downtown Inc.

More than three months ago, the council voted to withhold Wilmington Downtown Inc.’s funding until an audit of the organization was complete. Among the questions brought up by council were concerns about the executive director’s personal use of the public/private organization’s credit card.
