Market Street reopens, nine hours after crash

Market Street’s southbound lane between Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and College Road was reopened 11:38 a.m., nearly nine hours after a car struck a utility pole and knocked out power to a small area of Wilmington, according to New Hanover County dispatch.
