Airlie Road byway label could bring upgrade aid

The Wilmington-area Transportation Advisory Committee, which sets transportation priorities for the region, has endorsed a proposal to have Airlie Road designated an N.C. Scenic Byway.

Brunswick County townhome community brought back to life
