Brunswick County beginning talks on new development infrastructure rules

One of the main proposals would require developers to install about half of the water, sewer and roads before they could get the county’s approval to sell. Put simply, lot buyers would see more completed before they purchase, and developers would have to lay out a lot more money ahead of time.
