218 charged with alcohol violations over Azalea Fest weekend

North Carolina alcohol law enforcement agents launched an operation during Wilmington’s 64th annual Azalea Festival that resulted in charges against 218 people for alcohol violations and other crimes. Seven local businesses, including five bars and clubs, were among those charged.
