New Brooklyn Homes open as part of Taylor Estates in Wilmington

It has risen from that original construction into something that is even better," Wilmington Mayor Pro-Tem Earl Sheridan said during the grand opening ceremony Monday for the New Brooklyn Homes at Robert R. Taylor Estates.
