Trails End Park, boat ramp to stay open around the clock

Responding to the concerns of some residents, the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners on Monday voted to restrict use of the Trails End Park to active fishing and boating from sunset to sunrise.

New Hanover OKs hiring of garbage incinerator consultant
