Police chase through downtown Wilmington ends in arrest

Police arrested a 24-year-old man Wednesday after officers were led on a car chase across several blocks in the south side of downtown Wilmington, ending only when the suspect’s car and a police cruiser slammed head-on into trees, authorities said.
