Five elected officials from the Wilmington area have been charged in the past nine months for misdemeanor offenses ranging from DWI to assault on a female.

Maria remains disorganized, Nate heads west

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Tropical system Maria remains disorganized, and will likely pass far offshore later in the week.

Nate continues to sit just off the east coast of Mexico. It appears Nate will continue to head west and not impact Texas, which is facing severe drought conditions and needs the rain.
