3 homes burned in Kings Grant area

Monday, March 24th, 2014

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A fire spread through multiple homes on Hadley Court and Crestwood Drive in the Kings Grant neighborhood.

Neighbors say the fire started in a garage after hearing two explosions.

Witnesses also say a firefighter was injured after getting hit by electrical line.

He is being treated for the injuries.

Investigators are still on the scene to determine exactly what started the fire.
