Firefighters quickly stop fire at First Fruit Ministries

Lady Seahawks earn first road victory of the season

Sophomore guard Naqaiyyah Teague (Malcolm X. Shabazz H.S./Newark, N.J.) scored 20 of her career-high 24 points in the second half as the UNCW women’s basketball team earned its first road win of the season with an 86-82 Colonial Athletic Association victory over Elon at Alumni Hall on Thursday evening.
