Graffiti on the rise in Leland

Police in the Town of Leland received 6 to 7 reports of graffiti in the past few days. Lt. Jeremy Humphries said that is a definite spike, typically, they receive one to two reports a year.“This many reports in the last couple days are definitely something that has drawn our attention,” Lt.
